Where can I activate Xbox cards ?

Hello, I want activate a Xbox Card on the Microsoft Store, is it possible ?

Xbox one question. I have Gold Xbox Live status. Expiry date of my status is June 2015. Can I buy a new card and activate it later? In June or December? Is there any restrictions to activate existing card (expiration date, validity date)? Or ... Maybe I
can activate it right now and expiry date will extend ( to June 2016 )

xbox prepaid card not working

Son got a xbox $15 card as Christmas gift from Grandparents. We have used these before. However when we enter the code it won't accept it. My understanding is that if the retailer didn't swipe the card correctly it doesn't activate the code. Grandparents
don't remember where they got the card. Is there another way to activate the card so the code works?

Hey FR Vi341,

Yes you can do this! Head over to your store look for a row of tiles after the first two (One big add followed by 4 games). It should look like this "Deals> Search> Memberships> Use a code" You want to select you a code and redeem your 5x5 code!

You can also redeem via the Xbox App as well by selecting the Microsoft Store icon and there should be a link to redeem codes to the right of the search bar.
