Where are the missing accessories for my broken Xbox One Series X?

I finally got an Xbox Series X 5 months ago and the minute I plugged it in the PSU blew. I had spent so much time trying to get one of these and it was such a disappointment.

Immediately I went only to do a warranty repair, I put the Xbox tower right back into the box and sent it back to be fixed. Nowhere in this process did it say anything about keeping the controller and accessories and just sending the tower on its own. About a month later I get the tower in the mail but I do not have a power cord or controller to use. I call and the first woman I spoke with is great and says no problem we will ship out the missing pieces, I wait a month and then call again, no problem we will ship out the missing pieces.

I ended up having to order a replacement power cable and buy a new Xbox Series X controller just so I could use this device that originally came to me broken. When I try and get in touch with support this poorly designed website sends me to US support, not Canadian or makes me go to a chat bot that can't understand what I am trying to accomplish.

This is my last ditch effort to have someone actually return at least the controller to me that was part of my original purchase. It would be so nice to just be able to email a support employee but they have made this impossible.

Unfortunately all you can do is keep trying to go through support and even then it's not guaranteed you will get the parts back. You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and I don't recognize a charge usually works. If it's showing the US site, change the region in the bottom left corner.

When sending in items for repair, you are supposed to be given instructions for shipping which do state to only send the console. https://support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/warranty-service/packing-and-shipping-instructions

Yes. All current Xbox One accessories will move forward to the Series X

This is the major problem of this generation xbox one’s accessories: too fragile/defective. Hope they will do better on series x
