    Where are rewards?


    I show a refund of ($10.85) into my account for Xbox Live Rewars. However, I do not see where those funds have been used. I still show a $0.00 balance, and any transaction made on my Microsoft account since the $10.85 transaction has been paid in full via
    credit card or PayPal.

    I asked for support in a forum and was directed to call Xbox support. I then spent almost 40 minutes on the phone with a representative searching and searching for a resolution. Only the find out I had to speak to Xbox Live Rewards and they were closed
    at the time of my call. I then asked why I was advised to call Xbox support when I needed to speak with Xbox live rewards. I wasn't given an answer.

    Where are

    the servers for XB1? I understand we're using a "centralized server system", which is saying, to me, nope, we lied, we're not using dedicated servers as we promised buttttt, we're jamming a crapton of them into a very few locations. I'm curious as to where
    these locations are as I've still not been able to get into a SINGLE freakin' match on the MCC and Destiny jams up on me from time to time. "loading"

    Hi Cwizzle. Unfortunately, once a deposit is made, the Rewards team does not have access to your funds in your Microsoft account. In our system, we show that the deposit on September 28th was successful. If you do not see the funds there, you'll need to
    work will Xbox Support (Contact Us | Xbox Support). They should be able to see what happened to the funds. Sorry we couldn't help further.

    From the FAQ:

    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
    items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift

    Cards, still do not qualify.

    Since many of your purchases the last few months were either consumables or pre-orders, they were not eligible for MyVIP. They also did not complete any offers. If you are asking about your MyVIP payback, from our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We only recently calculated last month's MyVIP, so your Credits from eligible spending in August are pending there now.

    From the FAQ:

    When and how will I receive my Reward?



    Once you’ve completed your required purchase(s) for the game, come back to the FREEdom Rewards page and sign in to your Xbox Live Rewards account. You should see a button that appears by the completed
    offer that will prompt you to redeem your Reward and that will take you to a page where all of your prize tokens will be listed. Please note that it can take up to 96 hours after the offer has been successfully completed for it to appear on the site.

    Since it has not been 96 hours from your purchase, it is too soon for that purchase to be Rewarded. If you do not see any progress after 96 hours, let us know!

    From our terms and conditions (https://rewards.xbox.com/terms-and-conditions/):

    E. Rewards Credits Restrictions

    1. Program Limit: The maximum number of Rewards Credits a participant can earn in a Program Year (July 1 to June 30) is 500,000.

    Since you were above this amount, you were not earning any Credits after you Credit event in March. Since the program year recently ended, you began earning Credits again.
