Where are my vbucks at

I was tryna get vbucks for the weeknd skin and I bought two of the 1000 vbuck packs. The first one went through then the second one said something like there was an error and they will confirm my purchase.

Since the weeknd is exclusive to the item shop I’m worried won’t come back in time or I won’t get my vbucks at all

if you play on xbox then they should arrive, if your on pc, then you need to start fortnite on an xbox console so they will sync to your epic account, if you don't have a console then start fortnite on xcloud as it is free to use for that game and it will sync, if you are on pc then all future purchases should be done via epic store or in game.

First, make sure that you're signed in under the account where the in-game currency was purchased. Please follow the steps below:

Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Order History.

Once confirmed, you may need to remove and re-add your account by following the steps below:

REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

ADD ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email address and the password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.

Please follow this steps:

Step 1:Leave the game and close the game

Step 2: turn console off and wait 30 second and turn it on xbox console .

Step 3: play the Fortnite and see if it fix issue.

First, please make sure that it’s “completed” by checking your order history via https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. Once confirmed, for cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.
