    Where are my v-bucks?!


    So recently I have redeemed my £10 Xbox gift card onto my Microsoft account, and with the £10, I decided to buy 1,000 v-bucks. I don't know where they are because when I checked on my account I had none? Where are they?

    If someone please could help that would be amazing, thank you so much.

    Hi,

    it can take up to 24 hours to add the v-bucks on your account if you havent receied it after that time period i suggest contacting epic support

    Hey there CagiestPizza642,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully use those vbucks. I can totally understand how this could be pretty confusing a situation to encounter. If you haven't yet, I suggest removing and redownloading your account as up to date
    as possible by following the directions outlined in How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One.

    If that does not help, then I would second what was said by @Wink, and get in contact with Epic Support to make sure that everything was applied
    to your Epic Account appropriately.
