Discus and support Where are my rewards/quests? in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; On my Xbox profile I go on rewards, but there's nothing there.     On my Xbox profile I go on rewards, but there's nothing there. I thought they'd be a new rewards hub, with new quests this April. All mine says is "Try again later" "We can't check for quests right now." Please Help.

    Both October and November Rewards not received still.

    Hey there,

    Is this in regards to the Xbox Quest or the Game Pass Goals? That will help us know where to look first. For November rewards, those will continue to go out in waves until 12/31/17. If you don't receive your November rewards by that date, please post a new
    thread letting us know.

    I can't start the id at Xbox quest to get ms points 10/8/2020

    Make sure you are in a region where the rewards are supported and that the games you are playing are part of the quest.

    if you do the quests but don't receive the reward points go to https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/ scroll to the bottom of the page and click the link to Contact Microsoft
    Rewards Support.

    that will open a support ticket where you can give details of the quests you have completed and the amount of points missing
