Where Are My Pre-Purchase Bonus Codes?!

How do I receive then redeem the bonuses advertised when I pre-purchased COD WWII digital deluxe version on 9/8/2017 for $99.00 from the Microsoft Store.

Redeemed code online, but it didn't download my Pre-Order Bonus

I pre-ordered the Borderlands Pre-Sequel game, and redeemed the code for the pre-order bonus content on xbox.com. I have finally reached the point in game, to play the pre-order bonus, but it says I do not own it. I looked under my purchase history, and
none of the codes I have redeemed online are there. Where do I find the codes I have redeemed on xbox.com so that I may try to download it to my xbox 360 console?

 

So those "pre-orders"?

Never felt that my copy of HALO4 was incomplete just because I didnt get the armours or skins of other pre-order bonuses

I prefer it when Pre-order bonuses are unique, its annoying when you say purchase an LE then find that its "exclusive" item is freely available to everyone weeks or months later, or that a pre-order bonus is put on sale 90 days after release

 

Well my problem is slightly different as I can see the extras installed when I check manage game, However nothing shows up in the game. No division pack and no unlock token anywhere to be find. According to the Activision forums many are having the same
problem. Good luck and I hope you eventually get everything you purchased.
