    Hya peeps;

    Like many other rewards participants I was sent numerous emails enticing me to upgrade to an eggbox1 and was promised for my efforts (as long as it was purchased from microsoft store and was not a pre order nor refurb) that I would recieve the monetary equivalent
    of 50,000 rewards points credited to my account within 15 days of my logging in on said new console with my old 360 moniker.

    Well, I have done and am STILL WAITING to see ANY sort of credit arrive.

    I am getting more than a little annoyed at this and a few other upgrade issues I've encountered and would apreciate a swift resolution to my ongoing problem.

    Where are my rewards points ?

    The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the game shipped. If it's been over the 15 days, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum in order for support to check into it for you.

    Not only is Best Buy doing the $10 upgrade they're also offering $10 My Rewards points for the games listed in the link provided.

    You must preorder to get the points. Points show up within 15 days of purchase according to the fine print so you should have them before X1 launch day.

    I'm preordering BF4 and AC4 for the 360 and then upgrading with the My Rewards points for a free upgrade. Make sure to read the fine print so you know what's up.

    So really it's like getting the upgrade for free. That's an awesome deal! It's shame there's nothing like that in the UK

    Why isn't my Auto-Redeem working?

    They didn't take my points at all but it's forcing me to pay the 1,500 extra points to redeem my game pass ultimate. So instead of the promised 10,500 reward points I have to spend 12,000 reward points. Last month they gave me 2000 points so an extra 500 to compensate. This month I have not received a response except for the first initial response of we have to look into this. It's been 14 days since that message. And every couple days I'm sending them another message asking about it.

    From the FAQ for that offer:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your game’s shipping date.

    Since it has not yet been 15 days since release, it is too early to see Credits pending.

    Microsoft Rewards not updating the achievements

    I am having this same problem where it shows I only earned 1 out of 3 achievements even though I earned 5 recently. I would've completed a 40 week streak if it updated properly! If this isn't fixed then I am missing out on a 2,500 point bonus! I have earned
    5 achievements since Friday so I am also missing out on 4 days worth of 50 Microsoft Rewards Point Bonusus for earning achievements plus the 40 points for earning at least three achievements. 2,500+50+50+50+50+40=2,740

    This means I am missing out on 2,740 Microsoft Points! Please fix this so I can get credit for my achievements and not have to start over my streak.
