i purchased the ultimate edition on gears on October 3rd and still haven't received my reward points now its already November 3rd

WHERE ARE MY MICROSOFT POINTS?

My points were never posted to my Microsoft account, anywhere. And it was at least three years ago. This is the only reason that I boxed up my Xbox 360; I felt, and still feel, Microsoft stole my money.

I purchased several Microsoft 4000 point cards in the past that I used to buy games/etc. on my xbox 360. The point system was changed and I was informed that those points were placed in my MS store account, but I can't find the store where these points are
supposed to be. I had $70.00 in points that have taken from me by MS with no redress. Where are my Microsoft points/cash?

Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, so your purchase was not rewarded. Furthermore, since you are not a one star MyVIP member, you would not have received MyVIP payback for this purchase. We did have an offer for Gears of War, but that offer ended in
September, so your purchase was not eligible for that offer.

account, not directly deposited. So please check that email address (inbox and junk folders!) and let us know what you find! Also, the token would be sent out in 4-6 weeks, which we are in the midst of at this point. That said, I looked at the promotion itself
and it appears that fulfillment is happening now, so the good news is you will have your points within a week or two, if you don't already! If you don't have anything by the end of two weeks from now, please do let us know so we can chase after these points

if you used out of region points or changed your account region your currency wouldn't have transfered over as they are region locked

This is something you should've addressed in 2015 not 2016-17

You can check your balance at http://commerce.microsoft.com Any points that were converted to currency when the point system changed, would have expired on June 1, 2015 if they hadn't been used by then.
