Where are my Microsoft credits

I just found my statement for reward credits

Apparently my reward credits have been transferred a few times to microsoft credits

But I have never had a balance on my Microsoft credits

So where are my credits being transferred to

Where are my credits

VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's still too early to see credits pending for November purchases.

We see you have received Credits for your design labs controller purchase. Regarding your payback purchases, from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

Support will double check it, but when you check the billing site for your deposits, make sure you're checking your returns. That's where it would show the deposits.

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. For example, your most recent deposit today will be listed there. Looking over your account, you immediately spent your 9,000 Credit (7.20 GBP) deposit on October 11th the following day (October
12th) on a purchase of "Thimbleweed Park".

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since your purchases were pre-orders that were not completing any offer, they did not award any Credits.

Credits are deposited into your account by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and
30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

If those credits have been pending since after March 1, they would be scheduled for deposit on March 29.

We see that you were Rewarded for Watch Dogs 2 and Dishonored 2. However, you only had two MicrosoftStore.com preorders in November, so you did not receive a third Credit event.
