Where are my gems?

Make sure you're checking the
MyVIP page. The pictures you're showing are from the MyRewards page which will only show gems you've earned from from completing specific challenges or milestones. Gems from offers will not show there.

Gems from offers are automatically added to your gem total when you complete the offer so you generally won't see them unless you're constantly watching your gem total. You can see how many gems you have in the MyVIP Perks section of the MyVIP page of the
site.

We see that these Gems were added to your account successfully. You can see a total of your Gems on the vault page at (https://rewards.xbox.com/en-gb/myvip/vault/).

I do check and the total is zero

We see that you have received payback and one Games on Demand completion for your activity over the last few months. Looking over your purchases, it sounds like you may be unaware of two things. From the FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Also, we see many consumable and pre-order purchases in the last few months. Please keep in mind that those purchases are not eligible
for MyVIP, as specified in the FAQ. We hear your frustration about Out of Stock or unavailable items in the MyVIP Vault. We are doing a series of MyVIP Vault restock deployments, the first of which will be happening in the beginning of May. We'll be restocking
with many of the items people have asked for. Keep an eye on the @XboxLiveRewards Twitter handle for Vault restocking and prize announcements.
