    Where are my Gears of War 4 codes


    I have contacted Xbox live support multiple times before someone directed me to this forum. I purchased Gears of War 4 from the xbox store but have not received the promotion codes for the previous Gears of Wars releases. I requested a refund but was directed
    here. If you are unable to resolve my issue I will contact my credit card company for a charge back because I have been given what I have paid for.

    Hi there I purchased a gears of war Xbox one s. I received my code for gears of war 4 but not the codes for the rest of the games. Where are these codes?

    refunds are only handled thru phone support as that's the billing support line

    However onto your question

    Its 1month after you redeemed the codes so if you redeemed it on the 17th you have to wait till Nov 17

    If one month has passed then you should post and give the following info

    Adult or child account if your child is who redeemed it it would be why as the account has to be 18

    Do you live I. China or japan if so those regions don't qualify

    Should be noted if you refund it you forfeit the codes as it removes it from your games too it would be quicker to go thru support

    For refunds

    It takes up to 48hours and however long after that that your bank handles international transactions which can take up to 90days

    And it is up to the billing agent but it's generally not allowed

    Keep in mind that Gears of War collection codes will continue to go out in waves. Please check out the Gears of War 4 store description for
    information on how these codes go out. This includes Gears of War 4 codes included in the Gears of War 4 Xbox One S bundle. Once that code is redeemed on your account, you should receive your games within 30 days.

    If you do not receive codes one month after purchasing, please be sure to post a new thread letting us know! Thanks for your patience!

    Was this code for Gears of War 4 from the Gears of War 4 console bundle? Where did the code come from? If it was provided by a local retailer, you will need to return to them as we do not have any information on that and are unable to assist.

    Codes will be sent out within 30 days from the day you started Gears of War 4. Please keep in mind you would need to have started Gears of War 4 in order to be eligible. Please keep an eye out on your Xbox Live Messages for the codes to be sent to you. I'm
    unsure where you received Gears of War 1, as that should be part of the codes you'll receive via the messaging.
