    Where are my gears collection codes


    I purchased and redeemed gears of war 4 and was told I would receive codes for the previous gears games within a month. It has been a month since my redemption and no codes. This is very disappointing and should not take the time it is taking. This was an
    incentive for me to purchase so I would like to receive my codes.

    Gears 4 not showing on Xbox.com

    I bought Gears 4 on my xbox one last week. I'm actually playing the game, but it's not showing up in my Games section of Xbox.com. Neither did I receive the codes for the Gears Collection.

    Somehow I did not recognize I bought and are playing the game. Why won't it appear in my online Library and where are my codes for Gears Collection?

    Losing faith in digital buying, if I had bought from Amazon it would have come with the codes printed.

    I bought the Xbox One S Gears of War 4 bundle for my son for Christmas. First downloaded and played Gears of War 4 on 12-24-2016. I am yet to receive the rest of the codes for the Gears of War collection. Tried contacting support 3 times now, and been getting
    the run around about my missing codes. Now I'm told to put a post on the forum to get my codes. Where are my codes????!!!!!!

    Backwards Compatible xbox 360 game code not activating on xbox.com or xbox one.

    I'm in the Uk, using a PAL console, my account region has been changed to UK (EU) a while back.

    I appreciate the assistance but I'm still confused as this was part of a game collection. I was able to redeem Gears 1, Gears 2, Gears Judgment using the same xbox one here in the same region where I unlocked the other codes from the same collection.

    How is it that this is a region error when I have redeemed 3 out of 4 codes from the same collection?

    I bought the same bundle on October 6 and recieved nothing but run around. I was told by Gamestop anybody that buys the physical copy of the game gets the physical codes. They need to do better for their customers.
    My Ultimate Edition steelbook came with a card in it with the codes.

    The Xbox One S console comes with a download code for Gears 4, which should give you the online messages download codes for Gears 1-3.

    The fine print on the console says that "to qualify [for Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3 and Gears of War: Judgment] purchase and play Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by 31 December 2016. Must be 17+" -- Have you played Gears 4 on Xbox Live yet?
