Where are my fortnite items from the last quests with gold

I completed all the quest with gold for fortnite it was login to gold "x" days play fortnite "x" days and download two games with gold I did all that even checked my status online said it was all complete but I never got my in game fortnite items that everyone
was supposed to get when they completed the quests please help

Downloaded 2 Games with Gold last month but only got 50% on the Xbox Quest completion

Hi,

Last month the Xbox Gold Quest reward was a "Fortnite reward" - I play a lot of Fortnite so I decided to do the quests for the first time. I did the Log In and Play Fortnite quests and downloaded MGSV and that baseball game which were both on Games with
Gold.

However, I've just checked my Xbox Quest progress and it says that I've only downloaded 1 out of the 2 games needed for the quest completion. My friend told me that he had received a message from Xbox Live today saying that he got a gift box in Fortnite
and so I am worried that I have missed out on this opportunity.

Is there anyway to resolve this? Have I completed the quest but the website is buggy? I'm not sure + would appreciate any help.

They may have fixed it then in 1.3 so you can do the quest even if you picked up the item before getting the quest. Very strange to fix that but not fix the error where the item remains in the inventory. I last completed these quests in patch 1.1

Also about the game being too easy, you can change the difficulty of the mode.

You do this by selecting quest select, and selecting the last quest you left off on, and it will now ask you for what difficulty you want to play on

hard

master I (increased EXP/GOLD/ITEM)

master II (further increased EXP/GOLD/ITEM)

master III (further increased EXP/GOLD/ITEM than pervious)

master IV (further increased EXP/GOLD/ITEM than pervious)

master V (further increased EXP/GOLD/ITEM than pervious)

there is no EXP/GOLD/ITEM change between easy, normal, and hard.

The last item I got was 'Ring of Namira' from "The Taste of Death" quest.

What's wrong with the Bards Quest? I picked up all three of their stupid Items (during those Quest) and I still can't drop them from my Inventory? Is something wrong because no one seems to have any further Dialogue but I still
have the Items? I was thinking I just missed something?

Yes they are apparently broken. If you pick up the item before you get the quest from the NPC (which you can) the item stays in your inventory and cannot be dropped (as it is a quest item), later if you get the quest from the NPC, because you have th item
the second stage of the quest will not trigger (the one telling you where to go to get the item). As you cannot get the item again (there is only 1 of them in the game and you can't drop it!) the quest is dead. Also even if you DON'T pick up the item before
the quest and go through the quest as normal (by getting it from the NPC then heading to the directed spot) you get bugged, as the item will not leave your inventory! Altogether the items take up about 10 weight, but more annoyingly they can' be dropped or
sold. Its a ridiculously easy thing to fix, but the priority is in fixing the "graphics issues", and not broken quests/items.
