    Where are my capes?(minecraft)


    so i started playing minecraft on the switch and got alot of capes like the Followers cape, the purple heart cape, the 15th anniversary cape, the MCC 15 year cape, the yearn cape, the cherry cape, the home cape, and the menace cape but know i have bought java and logged in with the same Microsoft account and there not there on java but are still on switch and pc bedrock where are they?

    I understand that you are experiencing issues with getting your Menace Cape.

    I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

    The Menace Cape should first appear in the Bedrock Edition dressing room.

    Kindly double-check that you're logged into the correct Microsoft account where you redeemed the cape because if you're using a different account in the Minecraft Launcher, the cape won't appear.

    And then close and reopen the Minecraft Launcher to refresh your account and sync any redeemed items.

    To set your expectation properly, it can take up to 72 hours for it to show up in your Minecraft account. Please know that this delay is normal and caused by server-side processing.

    Kindly double-check that you're logged into the same Microsoft account where you redeemed the codes. If incase you're using a different account in the Launcher, the capes won't appear.

    Please make sure as well that you're using the correct edition of Minecraft. The TikTok and Twitch capes are currently available for the Bedrock Edition, with availability for the Java Edition expected later.

    And to give you a heads up, it can take up to 72 hours for redeemed capes to appear in the Minecraft Launcher. This delayed is caused by server-side processing.
