    Where are my 50,000 rewards points?


    I upgraded my Xbox One to an Xbox One S after you sent me an email offering 50,000 reward points for doing so. I ordered from your online store 11/23 but the rewards still haven't showed up, even as pending, despite your FAQ stating they will posted within
    15 days. When can I expect them to show up?

    The 50,000 Credit offer was only for select members. Since you registered after members were chosen at the beginning of the offer period, you only received the default 30,000 Credits. Since this Credit event occurred on January 3rd on your MyRewards page,
    it will be deposited in the end of month deposit this month.

    I was assured by xbox support I would be receiving 50,000 points for upgrading to an xbox one s. Its been weeks and I still have not received the points I was promised and contacting support is just frustrating and not helpful. If I dont receive the points
    I will sending my one s back.

    The Credits are currently pending in your account. For future reference, all Credit events can be found in your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Since they were placed into your account on the 6th, they should be deposited in the end of month deposit cycle.

    Unfortunately phone and chat support do not handle the Rewards program at all and do not have correct information regarding the offers. You can try contacting them to see if they can offer any sort of compensation since they gave you incorrect information,
    but as Rewards support said, you would not have been eligible for the 50,000 credits.
