Where are my 5,000 reward points

hi 3 days ago I cashed in 250 vip gems for 5,000 reward points I never got a email or my points this is upsetting to us because it's for our 6 year old son so please either give me my 5,000 points or return my gems ty

Where are my reward points?

I couldn't find anywhere else to talk about this and I don't know if anyone else has the same problem or related issue.

My reward points are usually far too late in deposit. I completed the May survey on the 10th May, and considering the terms clearly say "All points are deposited on the 15th or 30th of the same month", I should've had those points five days ago! On the 3rd
May, I also renewed my 12 month Xbox Live, so that means my 400 points which are still pending should have been deposited along with the survey reward.

I am really expecting these points to be deposited by the 15th of this month, not the 30th. I am finding it rather silly, especially if the points are set for an automated deposit into your account.

This is an issue I'm currently having so It'd be great to get an email back.

Where are my reward points?

They should be transferred to your account automatically. If they haven't already, you'll need to ask in the correct, rewards section of the forums.

It takes about 96 hours for the credits to show as pending on the rewards site.

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

snap it states once you have reach a total of 5,000 each 5,000 will automatically be deposited at the 15th or 30th of each month i have 14,500 and mine same again was supposed to of been deposited by today yet america is 5 hrs ahead of uk gb yet still its
15th its almost 7pm and still nothing no sign of my reward points either let alone my points or vip rewards that i have not recieved since 2014 yup lived and raged and annoyed so can totally see where your coming from aswell id like to know when reward points
will be credited

MyVIP Vault 5,000 Rewards Credits 5,000 Credits

but nothing has been added to my account yet

thats the issue and xbox support cant help me they told me to come here

It depends on when you got to 5,000 credits. If you got to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they would be deposited by the 15th. If you got to 5,000 after the 1st, it would be deposited by the end of the month.

I tried contacting support and they sent me the link here. I received the points today but rewards is closing on the 15th
