Whenever i try to use the Looking for Group feature it doesnt work

For every game i have and try LFG it just doesnt work.

I find a group i want to join, type down my application and when i want to click "OK" it just doesnt click.

I can keep clicking the button but nothing happens.

Anyone got a solution for this?

Hi, im in the Brotherhood of Shadow Faction and im playing as Raiden. Whenever i try to do a Faction kill it doesnt work. Im all the way on the other sdie of the screen and still doesnt work...

Any Help?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the issue on Looking for a group. To better help, I would like to clarify what device you are trying to do this on? (Xbox or Windows 10) Do you receive any error messages?

I suggest double checking the
privacy and online safety settings on the Microsoft account.

I am using the Xbox App on Windows 10.

On another account it does work on the same computer though but once i login to this one i cant get past that one screen.

All the privacy settings should be fine since i can join parties, just not through the LFG feature.

I do not receive any kind of error message, literally nothing happens when i click the "OK" button in the image above.

Xbox.com
and signing into your account. Once signed into your account I then recommend trying to join a club thru there. Please let us know how it goes.
