Whenever I try to start some Xbox games on my computer, they just load and say signing in...

May I know if you already tried and double checked this?
Press Windows button and type Services

On Services App from the list of results, press right-click and run it as administrator

Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming Services

And do this with each of the services listed above:

Right-click over the service and select Properties.
Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic (if not, change it to automatic)
If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services

Restart your PC and try again

If everything looks good please try:

A.
Open the Control Panel in Windows.
After opening the control panel, set the “View by” on the top-right corner to “Large icons“.
Click on the “Network and Sharing Center” option.
Here, click on the “Change adapter settings” link on the left panel.
Now, right-click on the active network adapter and select “Properties“.
Go to the “Networking” tab.
Here, uncheck the “Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)” option.
Click on the “Ok” button to save changes.
Then close all the windows, restart your PC and try again

B. Open task manager > select the startup tab > disable all the programs listed there temporarily
Restart the PC and try again

C. Do a clean boot in your PC and try again

D. If you’re using a firewall, antivirus, VPN, proxy, system optimizer or similar software in your PC please turn off all the protections temporarily and try again (including windows defender)

E. Create a new local administrator user in your PC and try from there

I almost have the same problem. Whenever I join a game and it loads the level, when the round ends and it starts loading a new level my Xbox freezes. Like it is trying to load two levels at the same time and that just overloads the RAM on my Xbox.

I sign into xbox live, then I try to open the game and while it's loading it says "disconnected from xbox live" then when it says press start, I press start and it says "you are not signed into a gamer profile" and won't load my character and shows that
I'm offline. My boyfriend doesn't have this problem at all, he can sign into his profile and play the game it no problems. This has been happening since I changed my gamertag.

Okay so i did this and i think it solved my initial problem, because now the things that are available arent showing as blank, which are my other profiles. The only problem is that whenever i try to sign into any account or add my old one back, it says
“For some reason microsoft took too long to start” and now i cant even sign in to play my games. Not even the help app will load when i click on it. I’ve also tried restarting and it isn’t changing.
