    Whenever I try to open Star Wars battlefront it says I do not own it.


    I have been trying to play Star Wars battlefront, but whenever I click on it on my Xbox One S it says I do not own it even though It is the same account and Xbox I bought it on.

    That's odd

    When you purchase a game with your account via Microsoft store or if you redeem a code.

    The game is always linked to your Microsoft account

    If you're more than sure that you purchased the game with this account

    You can try reaching Microsoft support with proof of purchase (usually is the email with the order number related to this sent by theMicrosoft store)

    Please double check if the game appears in Microsoft account order history with status completed
    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    Once there, make sure to change the "3 months" filter and use instead "All available" next to "Ordered within"
    Then start looking each item purchased with your account and see if you're able to find the game with order status "completed"

    If you have more than one email please check the order history with each one
