Whenever I try to long in with my Xbox in the 2fa website it says unable to process request

not exactly sure since it was so long ago but i want to say it kept telling me that it was unable to process my request

I have already tried troubleshooting and none of it works repairing, reinstailling, updating also i cant get through to a call with someone whenever i put my number in it just says We’re unable to process your request for a call back. Please try again later.

For some reason, when I send friend requests, it says that Xbox LIVE "couldn't complete the process". When I restart my Xbox, the friend requests appear on my friends list, pending. But I still can't send any requests. When I cancel a request, it says it
cannot complete process, and I have to restart my Xbox again.

It only updates whenever I restart my Xbox. It won't work otherwise.

It says "We’re unable to process your request for a call back. Please try again later." Is it because of my country or something.
