    Hello HJL_16, Have you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 22H2.

    Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

    Windows 11 is up to date along with the Xbox apps.

    I also got asked to download it from the Xbox app, so I downloaded it. I then clicked play on MSFS and it took me to the Microsoft store where it looked like this:

    Using System File Checker in Windows

    1 - Type cmd (Command Prompt) in the search bar of the Start menu and then click Run as administrator.

    2 - Enter chkdsk /f/x/r/v

    The system will ask you if you want to run CHKDSK after restarting the system, press S on your keyboard and then type "Exit" and restart the computer, it will scan in DOS mode.

    Sorry for the late response, however when I did these it did not resolve the problem... Are there other ways to fix this?

    So you do not see it in the PC Game Pass app?

    When I click on the game, it takes me to this website: https://gamepass.ubisoft.com

    Try going there, verifying your account (and ubisoft account) and download Ubisoft Connect

    I believe from there you will be able to download and launch the game.

    Let me know if that works,
