Whenever I try to enable my console for game streaming, everything gets a green check...

Hi thanks I have played with this for sometime, There is a green check mark by ALLM. ALLM is supported by a 2.0. 2.1 hdmi only exception is no 60@120hz.

HDR10 is also has a green check without a 2.1 input there are no limitations as my input during game indicate HDR10 is working. I can do this by checking my inputrs throught TV settings (Auto select for 2.0 enables ALLM Feature on My TV). Dolby Vision for games does not work when ALLM is enabled.

Everything is green on 4K EXCEPT for 120hz because of the lack of 2.1 port. When I turn off ALLM through XBOX setting Dolby vision works.

I recommend you some steps bellow, please:

Remove or delete your profile and console from One Cast register.

After that, empty the cache of your console. You can do that holding the "stand by" button till the Xbox turn off. Then, unplug the energy cable from the console for some seconds.

Now, turn on your console, go to: settings > devices and streaming > console streaming and check the box "enable console streaming". If it's already enabled, disable it and enable it again. Select "test console streaming" now.

I've been having a similar issue on my Series X. Haven't had it happen while gaming yet though (with the green screen). Mine seems to be an issue with video playback. Whenever I'm navigating my game DVR viewing clips, it freezes and boots me to the dashboard, then all my clips are green screen. Then if I launch YouTube and try to play a video, it black screens and crashes the entire console (basically turns itself off). When I boot it back up everything's fine and working again. Luckily I've only had it happen a couple times but I worry that it could turn into a bigger issue down the line. I've also experienced a couple game freezes that completely turned the Console off, minus the green screen though, the games just froze and the console turned off.
