Whenever I try to add a new account to my Xbox zone it brings up a loading circle but...

AGH so *** irritating.... thanks for the post Bootle, but whenever i try to hit "change persona" it brings me to a page that says "select a default persona" and it has my EA name thing i created, but it also says " add persona" but when i click on that it
redirects me to my account management page and just loops me in a god forsaken circle

Deleted profile and recovered account and now it doesn't exactly freeze, but it still doesn't load the dashboard. It sits on the screen with the two white circles spinning in the center (where it previously froze), but they just keep spinning. It pops up
and says that I am signed into xbox live and I can use the remote to bring up the guide while the circles are spinning, but it doesn't ever load the dashboard for my account. I left it sit for about 5 minutes with no change.

Thank you for you response, I attempted this method last night and was not successful. After deleting the account from my Xbox and performing the restart I am unable to re-add my account.

- At "Who are you?" Screen

- Selecting "Add New"

- Long Circle Load Screen

- Receiving Error Message

"Try again later

There was a problem, and we couldn't continue. (0x80a40019)"

Add me to the list of this. Just locks up on the loading circle. If I disconnect the the ethernet I can get to the dash, after that, I reconnect the cable, and try to connect to LIVE. It freezes then. With all profiles on my xbox.

I apolgise for my late reply, been quite busy. Anyway, I am trying to add it under the payment method section of my account on xbox.com. Also, it is the same method as before: a Visa. Whenever I attempt it, it sends a code to my phone via text that I type
in as authorisation. Once I have filled out all the details, a message pops up. (I would attach a picture but I am unsure how.) It reads:

'We cannot add this payment option because it already exists under your account. Please try with another one.'

Then, attempting to add a new card or remove the old one just sends me in circles.
