    Whenever I move my left stick in the home screen it moves extremely fast and goes all over...


    So when i press the home button when im in a game it immediately puts me to the bottom of the page (where it says game pass & gold). Also, when i slightly move he left stick it goes crazy and moves all over the different categories. This makes it almost
    impossible to switch/close games. Has this happened to anybody else and if so how did you fix it?

    I Think maybe you need make some calibration in your controller configuratio. Try go in Settings > System > Kinect & Devices > Controller and try make the calibration/Reconfiguration
    The thing is... I can’t get to the settings because of this glitch.

    Have you tried connecting your controller to the console, when its off, with a play and charge uSB cable and restarting the console?

    I Think maybe you need make some calibration in your controller configuratio. Try go in Settings > System > Kinect & Devices > Controller and try make the calibration/Reconfiguration
    The thing is... I can’t get to the settings because of this glitch.

    Hi Tyler,

    If the issue occurs with 2 different controllers and a power cycle did not help, then you will need to soft factory reset your Xbox. Since you cannot navigate through the Settings to reset the Xbox, you will need to try booting the console to the Xbox Startup
    Troubleshooter screen and then reset the Xbox from there. To bring up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter, follow these steps:

    1. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
    2. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
    3. Press and hold the BIND button (located below the Xbox button on the console) and the
      EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
      Xbox button on the console.
      Note The Xbox One S All-Digital Edition does not have an
      EJECT       button. You can bring up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter on this console by holding only the
      BIND button (steps 3 & 4) and then pressing the Xbox button .
    4. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
    5. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
      BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
    6. The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.
    7. Navigate using the D-pad to "Reset this Xbox" and select "Reset and keep my games and apps."

    The first thing would be to restart your console by a long press of the Nexus (home) button and choose Restart console selection.

    You stated "switch/close games". How many games do you have open at the same time that requires a "switch to"?

    Does your controller need cleaning? Qtips and alcohol wipes helps with cleaning
