Whenever I do a quiz or anything else it’s not giving me points?

It may take a while for the balance to update and I also recommend clearing the console cache.

Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console's power cable, wait 10 seconds. Be sure to wait 10 seconds, this step resets the power supply. Plug the console power cable back in, turn on your Xbox.

Sometimes in rare cases you have to take quizzes multiple times before they will give you reward points. I had to take one quiz four times before it would give me my points.

well usually that program doesnt give you the points until the 15th of the next month and that is if you only do that promotion or special but if you did that and another like the quiz that gives you 20 microsoft points it will give you the microsoft points
the month after

I am having the same issue. It is giving me error 0x080072EFE. This is pointing to a connection issue but everything else is working. I cannot do anything online.
