Please try the below steps

You must have an active Minecraft: Bedrock Edition Realm to do this. If you have not yet used your Realms free trial, you can use that to transfer your worlds.

Note: You must use the same edition of Minecraft: Bedrock Edition and the same Xbox Live account to transfer worlds.

From the first device, click the pen icon next to your Realm from the Realms list
Click Replace World and confirm.
Choose the world you want to transfer.
Wait for the upload and then click Let's go!
Open Minecraft: Bedrock Edition from the second device and click the pen icon next to your Realm from the Realms
Click Download World.
Wait for the download and then click Let's go!

It does depend on what version of Minecraft you're playing on. If it's the Bedrock edition, it's as simple as choosing "Settings" option before launching the map, that looks like the screenshot below:





and then clicking Export World at the bottom of the "Game Settings":





Then, according to the "Realm FAQ" you can make a Realm out of those worlds.

When I've exported a world, it just creates a *.MCWORLD file that can be imported into other Minecraft instillation.

You would have to be the world creator/owner to export it. It's possible that if you copy it, you'll be the owner of the copy and able to export that? I'm not 100% there, I haven't tested that. And there are some things that match across Windows 10 and
Xbox One Bedrock editions, but I might be wrong in this being one of them.

You might be best trying to perform these actions on a Windows 10 version of Minecraft, and converting that file to a realm, again on Windows 10 following the steps, and then as a realm, you would be able to access it via any Bedrock Edition Minecraft.

If you don't have a Windows 10 PC available, I'd say check with your friends, see if they can help with that access, or check your local library or college.

Realms definitely works to transfer worlds! That is how I did it. I transferred about 8 worlds from Xbox to PC through my 30 realms trial. Steps to do this are simple, as well.

Start your realm trial and save one of your worlds as the realm world.

Then open Minecraft on your PC and download the world.

If you have more than one, like I did, rinse and repeat the above steps!

Hey! So the only current way to transfer worlds is to have a realms account.

1. Load up Windows 10 Edition, and load your world unto the realm.

2. Boot up the PS4 Edition and Download the Realm world!
