Sorry, the information was not very clear. To report an issue on Xbox without being Insiders you need to install an app called ''report an problem'' when you press the Xbox button on the controller the option to report an issue will appear.

Hey lady, I think you might be a little confused with the app password. You don't have to have two-step verification enabled, but if you do you need to create a new 'app password' for the Xbox itself. Think of the Xbox as the app and you are creating a new
password for it, not downloading an app. Please see here for more information:

In the app, when you pull out the menu at the bottom, there is an option for Feedback. If you report through there, that can get that information directly to the developers to investigate or add/fix those features.

I have tried all of the above solutions with no help, I even shut off my firewall and still nothing.

I get the same error codes each time I try to download any new apps (Error code 0x80073cf9), and if I try to apply the fix to microsoft Solitaire collection it tries to repair but just stays on repair for hours. Without repairing the App.

"Some players have reported intermittent audio issues across the dashboard or when launching games or apps.

If you encounter this behavior, be sure to report this issue and choose the Report with advanced diagnostics option. Make sure to include information like audio setup, when this issue occurred, troubleshooting steps tried, and other relevant info."

Do you have the Xbox Insider App installed? If not, kindly install the app and then you can report the problem from there.
