So this User had a looking for group post called "Free V-Bucks" and he tried scamming my little bro on my account by trying to get him to give him Verizon and Fido payment information so he can buy V-bucks using that phone bill, This user by the name of
"y6ri" is trying to scam little kids and this dude is like 19-20 which is sad. So when he removed me from the party cause I called him a scammer I sent him one vulgar word and that is "[Mod Removed]", cause thats he was . I reported soon after for scamming
and Xbox thought it would be cool to ban my live for 1 day (Over 24 hours good ban microsoft). Like why is this even a feature on Xbox? If you get chirped online just block the dude its the internet. Microsoft you're a joke, you decided to ban me but not the
dude who is ruining little kids lives? How does that make sense? You're making these rules to make Xbox more family friendly yet you decide to keep the people who target the kids and exploit them. Good job microsoft you really outdid yourself theres a reason
why PlayStation has 75 million sold consoles maybe your PR team should start thinking a bit.

Misunderstanding

i () was trying to stop a scammer. I was suspended a couple days ago while I was trying to help. I managed to stop him but then he got banned for it. Please help me I really have never got ban before cause I am a good person and would never
hurt or be mean to anyone.

I reviewed but I cant submit a case study because its a "24 hour ban" I was banned at 10am and wont be unbanned till 2pm (Funny how they cant even get a 24 hour ban right)

Since your ban is only 24 Hours, you don't qualify for a case review and should just ride it out. Note that even with "your" side of the story, if they have proof you acted in a manner that goes against Terms of Service, that is all the proof they need
to enforce a ban. If the other party also deserved a ban, you should have have reported them.

Keep in mind that Steam, Sony/Nintendo etc has also their own version of gaming police team and punishment if caught breaking their respective rules and they don’t even have a case review like Xbox does. So good luck going to PS.

I did report him obviously like I said in my discussion also, I’ve been playing PlayStation for idk how long and sorry to say but they don’t right out ban people for saying naughty words, there’s a reason why there the top console big guy

Nope I’m unbanned I know how long the suspension was Albert Einstein I can do math. I was banned at 10am yesterday until 2pm today well over the 24 hour mark. Again something Microsoft doesn’t know how to do just shows the incompetence at Microsoft

Always check the date and the time of the ban, that shows the exact time when your account will be unbanned
