When will you fix the enforcement program?

I really hate it when I don't have choice over who I can and can't hear. I've had numerous times when people will jump into my party chat with multiple accounts just to be able to talk because their main account is chat banned...Seriously MS?!? Why am
I not allowed to hear my OWN friends? It should be my choice over who I can and can't hear. I don't need a baby sitter, We're grown adults. If there's some one we don't want to hear then we can mute them ourselves You should at least give us the option
to opt out of this current setting so we can hear banned people.

Not to mention people abuse the report system all the time. I can't tell you how many times I've had people msg me in the past to report an individual just to get them banned. I've seen multiple threads about this in the MS forums over the years on this same
subject but nothing has yet to be done. Because of this the number of people who actually use voice chat has dwindled quite a bit. I remember back in Halo 3 almost every game people we're talking and some of my fondest memories were from some of the most toxic
people who I heard through proximity chat. This is no longer the case because either people are afraid to be banned or already have been banned won't talk and the one's that don't fall into this category tend not to talk because they don't hear anybody.

I guess that's it...all this garbage honestly make me want to swap platforms. If there's one thing that irks me more than anything it's being forced or told that I can't do something that makes no sense. Xbox live is for 18 years and up....We're all adults,
We don't need MS deciding what we can can't do. And if there are children playing then it's up to the parents to take care of their children...NOT MS

Sorry to hear you were suspended. Unfortunately no one on the forums can help with enforcements. You'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon to see the reason for the action
and open a case review with the PET.

God forbid I say "GG" back to someone, next thing I know, I'm getting reported just because someone dislikes me. Xbox might as well remove the communications system overall so that way we're all just mutes who don't have to worry about bans.. sorry for the
rant.

 

If you have received a ban on your account you can view it at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review if eligible. The enforcement team does not use the forums. Most platforms follow the same if not similar rules on their services. These are the terms
you agreed to on sign up for Xbox Live.
