There isn't any official information regarding if or when cloud gaming services will be available in Saudi Arabia so far.

Microsoft is working on expanding the cloud gaming servers around the world. Since Saudi Arabia already is a supported country for Xbox consoles and Xbox Game Pass, it will have cloud gaming available in the next future.

I live in saudi Arabia, I bought the console from Saudi Arabia,I buy all my games from Saudi Arabia,they even have an office in my city, then how is Mt country not supported? They should send me the stuff in my currency.
