When will we see a fix for Samsung TVs??

Over a year (yes, a year) ago, I was a part of a forum. This forum consists of Samsung TV and Xbox Series console owners. Audio is completely lost upon switching between games and dashboard/entertainment and vise versa. Your $550 console, and your $1,000 QLED TV marketed specifically for Xbox consoles are incompatible, and have been for a VERY long time. Since not a single high up at Microsoft has acknowledged this issue, I’ve created another thread to hopefully help spread this issue around. Just to be clear, we all know that factory resetting the console, power cycling the console and hard resetting your tv are temporary fixes that SOMETIMES work. I’ve never had very many issues with Xbox, but this is truly ridiculous. Will we EVER see a fix for this? I feel as though I’ve been cheated, by a company I’ve held near and dear for decades. PLEASE AT THE VERY LEAST ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS ISSUE EXISTS.

This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. I would feel the same way if I were on your situation. The Microsoft/Xbox Team really appreciate all our suggestions and feedback to help them improve their products & services. I recommend that you instead report the issue directly to them by using the Report a problem app on your console so this will be investigated properly. Hello EvanLamping, sorry to hear you're having audio issues on the console.

I do want you to know that this is an issue that Xbox is aware of as per the Xbox Insider Preview Program. If you're not in the program I would recommend installing the Xbox Insider Hub to read more about it and report the issue as suggested above.

There are issues with some updates that they do work on as they can. Just recently they've fixed the controller disconnecting issue so hopefully the audio issue is next on the chopping block for them.

Interesting, will be looking at this fix myself. We also have a Samsung TV and the controller turns our xbox's on all the time.

Samsung TV here as well. Unplugging the TV fixed it.
