    You will be able to use this feature when xCloud launching. You will be able to streaming to other devices.

    Also, there is an app for Android and iOS called Onecast, maybe you should try.

    If you're able to use the Xbox One SmartGlass app (available for Windows Phone, Android & iOS), you will also be able to see it there for yourself.

    Otherwise, you'll just have to wait until you start up the new console and it will be there waiting for you.
