When will we be able to set screen times to the entire Xbox, not just the account?

Thanks for posting this info. I would recommend reporting this exploit on the console. Hold the Guide button on the controller till you see the option to report an issue then just follow the instructions provided.

Would you be able to ask the organizer account to toggle your settings online? https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-onli.... They can also can add more screen time by using the Xbox Family Settings app, Xbox console, or the web. When you're notified that a member reached their screen time limit, choose how much time you want to add

Screen time setting can be decided only by an adult account over a child account in order to monitor the activity of the later.

You can't set screen time over an adult account as it is supposed that an adult account is able to self monitor

Thanks for taking the time to bring this issue to us! Just so we are on the same page when the adult account tries to set up the screen time for a minor account this issue comes up? Has it been attempted from a different browser (Microsoft Edge, Chrome,
ect)?

Yes I just did that, removed and re-added the device in my microsoft account and the xbox still asks me to link my microsoft account when attempting to access my Xbox settings. Specifically I am trying to access my Caprure settings but its happening for other settings too.

I even removed my Login account from the Xbox entirely and re-added it. I WAS able to perform the re-link when re-adding my account to the Xbox. This is only scenario when the linking works but didn't fix my issue.
