    I have not been able to receive any deposits since August 2015.

    My account information is correct.

    I've already contacted Xbox Support (US), Xbox support from my country (BR), with Rewards support on twitter, and NOTHING.

    I'm being ignored and no solution to my problem.

    For 18 months I have not received any amount from the program, even buying pre-order games and other products in my account.

    Thanks in advance, if the support team informs the TRUTH about this problem. Thank you.

    SO WHEN WILL THEY FIX THIS GAME?

    Hacks can't be really patched out. Glitches & bugs can be and IIRC there hasn't been any glitch abusing for a loooooong time. Patches only disable hacks for a while and then they update their hacks.

    I have a problem, actually i have contacted microsoft support chat to check out whats going on, but they say they dont know how to fix it, the problem i have is when i try to send a message or answer it, is says:

    The messages are not working for your account. To get more information and see how to fix it, go to http:// support.xbox.com/fix-messaging

    Someone else that has this problem?

    As we said in your previous post at (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/CDA32377-42D4-419A-AE8D-AFBB55AC042F), your deposits cannot complete since your regional currencies do not match. your deposits cannot complete since your regional currencies do not

    This issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account
    to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at ( https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ )
    , wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

    While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
    from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join date shows a specific date and not a date of "???", then
    your account has successfully been re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

    to be directed toward the incorrect billing information. When this information does not match your Rewards Account, the deposit fails. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when
    this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this
    issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.
