when will they enable extensions on the new edge?

Open Edge in InPrivate mode and see if that makes any difference. Select and hold (right-click) the Microsoft Edge logo in the taskbar and select New InPrivate window. In InPrivate mode, Edge loads without any apps or extensions. If everything is working fine in InPrivate mode, the culprit is likely an addon or extension.

Yes I did. Some just can't.

I'll try to make new XBox accounts to try with different, maybe they'll let me in if I'm blacklisted.

FYI there are many people who can't sign in.

Extensions (blockers) disabled, Third party cookies enabled. No luck on Chrome, Firefox and Edge.

Does it only appear when you have the Edge browser open? Doesn't appear in other browsers?

It could be some extension you have installed in your browser, click on the 3 dots in the top right corner>extensions>manage extensions and see if you find any extensions related to that.

Try some of these solutions:

Clear browser cache: Go to the Settings menu in Microsoft Edge and select "Privacy & Security". From there, choose "Clear Browsing Data" and make sure you select the option to clear the cache. This may help resolve any caching issues that could be causing the tab refresh issue.

Disable extensions: If you have extensions installed on Microsoft Edge, try temporarily disabling them to see if they are causing the issue. Go to the Extensions menu in Edge and disable all extensions. Restart the browser and check if the problem persists.

Update Microsoft Edge: Make sure your Microsoft Edge browser is up to date. Sometimes Xbox system updates also include updates for Microsoft Edge. To update your console, go to the Settings menu, select "System" and "Updates" and check for available updates.

Restart your Xbox: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches or conflicts. Turn off the Xbox Series X completely, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on. Launch Microsoft Edge and see if the tab refresh issue still occurs.

I don't think you fully understand what the insiders program is

Edge is a closed browser you CANNOT ever install extensions

Xbox nor sony runs exes

The insiders edge is based on chromium which is just a rendering engine which lets it run java script or html5 which does not need extensions as html5 apps can run and increases compatibility though edge is the highest rated browser on its own
