    I've been waiting for a long time ,this service is not available in the Middle East

    Especially in Kuwait, there are no services at all Xbox does not support this country, although there is a great popularity in Kuwait for Xbox, however, so far the services are not available. I hope that the State of Kuwait will be supported as playstation do, and make xcloud available in kuwait��

    Keep in mind you have to be in an xbox live region to get new xbox features

    Basically if you don't live in an xbox live region you must wait till it becomes one before advance features like xgu or rewards comes to you
