When will the service outage end

Upon checking the service alert status page at this link, https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status.

Everything seems to be fine and no game issues indicated. Please try doing a power cycle by doing the steps below and see if that sorts out the game issue.

1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.

I noticed this issue as well. It appears as though there might be some kind ot outage or issue on Microsoft's end, keep a look out for service alert updates and retry periodically to see when the issue is resolved.

Update: I was able to sign in. Nothing changed on my end so I'm guessing it was a small service outage that was preventing sign in.

Im sick of it all. Microsoft needs some major updates. The store is glitchy and annoying to navigate enough as it is. So many errors all the time, so much that lags and im runnin an xbox one X with great connection speed.
