    When am I going to be to able to have my credits deposited so I can use them? This has been an ongoing issue for a couple months now and a quick look at the forums show many people having the same problem, when it this going to be fixed? My account says
    it needs updating but I have checked and all my details are correct and I have verified this with xbox support there is no issues with my account. Please fix this asap so I can use my points I earned already.

    My rewards credits are not converting to $

    I have ~ 55,000 rewards credits but they are not converting to $ properly. This problem goes back to 2014.

    I get an error "Your account needs updating to make a deposit!".

    When I click the "needs updating" link, I see my account and it is up to date.

    Please help!

    Unable to receive credits from xbox rewards. It keeps telling me my account needs updating.

    So as the title says, i have two pages of credits waiting to be deposited to my account, but it keeps telling me on my account status that attention is needed. then it says account needs updating.

    Everything is correct in my billing account, so i cant find a problem.

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear,
    this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    As we said in your previous post at (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/CDA32377-42D4-419A-AE8D-AFBB55AC042F), your deposits cannot complete since your regional currencies do not match. your deposits cannot complete since your regional currencies do not

    This issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account
    to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at ( https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ )
    , wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

    While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
    from the MyRewards page at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/). If your join date shows a specific date and not a date of "???", then
    your account has successfully been re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.
