When will the 3rd party ban be coming? Been waiting a while and the xim and zen's are only...

I try to report them to game dev and xbox nothing usually happens unless I go to xbox support to report to them and game devs on rust console and seige take a great amount of time to do something to them

there is no third-party peripheral bound, unlicensed third-party peripherals have always been banned from Xbox, and all that has happened is that a loophole/bug that they have been exploiting has been closed

Those devices are best mitigated server side, as they ride a legitimate device ID they have to be identified by their behavior , which many games have been directly addressing like call of duty

If you see someone using those devices, report them to Xbox as well as the game developer

He asked will Microsoft ever actually do anything against it (and other companies) reporting does nothing for it as they can make a new account, get a new xbox, ask their wifi provider to change ip addresses etc. Especially since you won't know their new account and 1 report isn't always enough

Please note that a suspension or permanent ban is not issued randomly and the enforcement team always needs to investigate the behavior. So, this can take a while if the player is guilty

I know I’m console banned, at least for now because it says “this console has been banned from the xbox network”.

I said “I thought xbox had some software that could detect xims” because I don’t have a xim. I don’t use xim. I’ve never had a xim plugged into my xbox, I have a wire mic and wired speakers. That’s it. I’ve never had a xim, I just took a picture off google and made it my profile picture to get people angry.
