When will portuguese players have access to Xbox rewards program?

I know you dont have an aswer. I have hope someone at xbox reads this. Because have been asking this for several years now to Xbox Portugal and never had an aswer.

I don't think anyone here would be in the know to answer that question if it's planned. There is a lot that is involved: laws, lawyers, operations, etc. It's not even fully available in the US as Puerto Rico is not eligible for the Rewards program.

Sorry, wish I had a better answer, but I'd be a question of if it's something that your country allows, and if it's blocking these types of programs, maybe researching what you can do with your government to change that.

The last day for Xbox Live Rewards in your region was on the 15th. Since you are no longer a Xbox Live Rewards member, you cannot access the site. If you have not opted out of the Xbox Live Rewards program, you will be transitioned into the Microsoft Rewards
program around the end of the month.

Yes you can use the points on the rewards program to gain access to xbox live or even xbox live credit depending if they have it on the rewards or not.

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same. Your reference numbers will only work for Xbox phone/chat support, so you will need to detail
your issue again when you email Microsoft Rewards support as they will not have access to that information.
