When will people be able to pre-order Test Drive Solar Crown?

as it is scheduled for release this year then pre orders may not happen until month before if the date does not change again. i don't really see the reason in pre ordering content, it's not as if they are going to run out.

Depends on the game...some games you get early access with the pre-order like with Forza Horizon 5, albeit only 4 days

Test Drive Unlimited : Solar Crown is available as a free trial, from January 24th to January 27th.

Did you have a copy of the game installed on your console before ? To use the free trial, you must go to the Microsoft Store on your console, search for "Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown" and click on the "Install - You can play this button".

Otherwise, you'll be stopped by an error message when launching the game.

test drive unlimited 2 was delisted in 2018 with a 6 month prior warning. it is not up to the gamestores to state if and when they will be delisted (this game contained 125 licensed sports cars and motorcycles. to relist they would need to gain new licencing for each and every vehicle)

test drive unlimited 1 was delisted a long time ago.

The test drive unlimited servers have been offline for a very long time now and the games are unplayable without the servers as it needed an online connection for alot of the stuff.

but good news for you, they have announced they are making a test drive unlimited 3 which will be out in a few year so you can get that.

does not matter if microsoft own forza, they don't own the licences for using the vehicles in the game, these expire and won't get renewed.

That was the developer (Bungie), not Xbox. Some developers still run Beta and Alpha testing, often getting players playing so they can stress test their servers rather than specifically testing the gameplay itself.... the developers behind TDU: Solar Crown and Motorfest both had a couple of closed testing periods. You just need to keep an eye out for any upcoming games you might like and then keep an eye on their social media etc to see if they may have testing coming up.
