When will my xbox enforcement action case review be completed?

I was banned after being abused via party chat and subsequently retaliating via xbox messaging. I agree that it was not correct of me to go that far in my message, but I received a 2 day communication ban. After learning my lesson, a few days later, I wake up to see during the middle of the night I had received an additional 5 strikes on top of the first 2, totalling to 7/8 strikes. I was subsequently banned from all xbox online services for 2 months. I am unable to play any online games or communicate. There has also not been any information provided by xbox regarding to the reason for my latest ban. I have appealed this decision, thinking that there might have been a mistake, but I have had no response. I have gone from having 0 strikes to 2 for the message I sent, to 7 within a few days. And I have no idea what the last 5 was for. I desperately need assistance with this matter.

No. There's no way to expedite it or contact the enforcement team in any other way.

They typically don't issue suspensions multiple times for 1 message.

Thank you for your response. I have not been provided with a reason for the ban unfortunately. I feel that it is completely unfair to ban me for 2 months and not allow me to play any online games without giving me a reason for the ban. Is there no way to expedite this matter or to raise a possible system error that will not take as long?

Secondly, should the second ban relate to the first, is there a possibility that I was given 7 strikes as well as a 2 month ban for 1 message?

There's no exact timeframe for a response from enforcement. Typically it can take about 72 hours, but it can take longer or shorter than that depending on their investigation. All you can do is wait for their response.

Note: A case review cannot be submitted for a 24 hour suspension as the process will take longer than that to complete. In the case of a 24 hour suspension then the only solution is to wait out the suspension.
