    Are you in a region that is supported for cloud gaming? Not every region has cloud gaming accessible. Also, not every game has the option to play from the cloud.

    After a reset I am still getting this message when initiating a cloud session:

    “Cloud Gaming isn’t available in your area

    Your console is in a region that currently doesn’t support Cloud Gaming.”

    Also, are you from the US? Some countries are not able to play cloud gaming so far. To see if your country/region supports cloud gaming, please refer to:

    Not all countries that supports Game Pass Ultimate supports cloud gaming.
