    Not receiving rewards for purchases.

    For several months now I haven't received points for purchases. I have been getting the monthly surveys, and the FREEdom Free Pass rewards, but not for my purchases. The purchases appear in my Microsoft account. I receive emails regarding them. However the
    points are never allocated to the rewards page. I was under the impression that we received points for purchases made. Can you please clarify this situation for me?

    The purchase should count as a punch in your Games on Demand punchcard. You need to have 2 other eligible purchases in order to complete that offer and receive credits. The credits would show as pending after all 3 games are released.

    I've just bought 4200 MS points to Buy the BlackOps 2 Season Pass and the points were added correctly to my account

    when I go to the Marketplace and select Confirm Purchase for the season pass This error appears :(

    It does not appear in orders but I didn’t purchase it, I got it with my cod points already on my account so wouldn’t show there.

    Many thanks for your response. The additional purchases do appear in my order history but they aren't the same amount as the ones my son does, no. My son purchases the points on his card and the additional charge comes out of my account.
