    When will my order arrive?


    Ordered the Stellar Shift xbox controller from the Microsoft Store on July 18th. Tracking says it is enroute to ups facility. Also says it is estimated to arrive July 21st. Has said this since at least July 20th. It is now August 2nd. Is there some other way to track it? Where is it?

    Unfortunately, no-one here in the Microsoft Community has access to the information required to give you a sensible answer.

    The only thing I can suggest is that you Contact Microsoft Store Support directly and ask them to investigate.

    Standard shipping can mean it will arrive on release day or a few days to 1 week after release. I ordered my original 360 when it released in 2005 and it arrived at my house 4 days after release and I ordered from Best Buy. This year however, I ordered
    from a Gamestop store and will go and pick up my console at a midnight release on the night of the 21st of November.

    To the best of my knowledge you cant i dont think, only pre-orders, will just have to send it back when it arrives.
