When will my credits be deposited as they should of gone in by now I have over 5000 worth

Since you went over 5000 Credits at the end of November, you will receive them in the next deposit, which will occur around the 15th of December.

Early deposit is only available when you have between 1000 and 5000 points. "Early" means before reaching the 5000 mark that triggers an auto deposit.

Next deposit is scheduled for 12/04.

I' aware. It doesn't deposit my credits at all and I cannot do it manually they just sit there and have done for a few auto deposits now.

We only perform an automatic deposit at 5000 or more pending Credits; that is why the upper limit of the pending bar is set to 5000 Credits. It is just to show your progress towards an automated deposit. It is possible to have more than this amount pending
(and many users often do!). Since you did not reach 5000 pending Credits until recently, you were not scheduled for a deposit. Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be
deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Since the Credits that placed you over 5000 pending Credits and scheduled you for a deposit automatically occurred
at the beginning of the month, you should expect your deposit in the end of month deposit cycle.

Since you were automatically scheduled for a deposit, there was no need for you to request one manually, so the button was disabled on your page.

the following month. For reference, your last Credit event was on the 1st, so you can expect your deposit to go through at the end of the month.

Since you have gone over the 5000 pending Credit requirement for an automatic scheduling of a deposit, there is no longer any need for you to request a deposit.
