    When will mouse and keyboard support arrive?...hurry up with that already!


    Been a PC user all my life, recently bought a Xbox One only to realize that the games I love to play like COD's and Battlefields are really frustrating trying to play with a controller, I got so mad that almost emediately gave up on the whole xbox ordeal.

    Please hurry up with the support for mouse and keyboard, It's seems really ridiculous that xbox developers would not emplement this from the beginning since PC players have always played to a higher standard of gaming with mouse and keyboard!

    Hurry the hell up and just release the update!

    Mouse and keyboard support

    USB keyboards are already supported.

    Some apps choose to give access while others do not.

    SmartGlass seems to be a work around for mouse and keyboards too.

    I'm surprised they have a paywall up for free to play games. That is a major disadvantage from their competitors.

    Mike Ybara says M&K will be very soon and all options per game will strictly be up to the developers.

    I understand your frustration but remember that the majority of Xbox players have been using controllers exclusively when it comes to there games. If Xbox did add mouse and keyboard compatibility, I cant imagine a ton of people on Xbox using it. And if a
    ton of people aren't going to use it, then I don't know how high it would be on xbox's list. This is just my opinion thought. I could be wrong.

    Either way there are adapters you can buy to use a mouse and keyboard on your Xbox. I am not sure how well these work. But here is a link to an article talking about them. Best Xbox One Keyboard and Mouse Adapters

    Mouse and keyboard?

    It's already been confirmed that mouse & keyboard support is coming soon.

    No exact date on when it will be made available but it is coming.

    Mouse/keyboard users will not be put into games with people using a controller & vice versa unless they choose to.

    Currently there is keyboard and mouse support, but its up to developers of those games to add the option to allow it. Warface is not one of them that allows keyboard and mouse support yet. I can see that it is an upcoming title for keyboard and mouse support

    Not all games have mouse/keyboard support. It is up to the developer (in Overwatch's case Blizzard) whether they'll implement mouse/keyboard support or not.
