    When will Microsoft update Game Pass Servers?


    I pay money for a cloud gaming service from Microsoft, a Fortune 13 company, and all I get is endless wait times. Why should I keep my subscription? In the marketplace of entertainment if any streaming service takes time to load, that is not due to the bandwidth speeds of my own internet, why would I continue to pay for that service?

    When will Microsoft update their servers to support their users and stop these wait times?

    I don't have time to sit around and wait. If I bought a physical disc, I would not wait 15 to 30 minutes for a game to load. I would return or resell that game. I could instead go watch TikTok, read a book, watch any streaming film or TV show, which I am about to do after writing this because I can't play a single game on Game Pass without waiting forever.

    I am sorry to hear that.

    The wait times are due to the server capacities and player numbers/demand.

    The queues are necessary to ensure every player has a good gameplay experience.

    I believe the servers are being updated regularly to mitigate this, but for now, and given the time of the year, the wait times are longer than usual.

    So, once again just trying to check and see if anyone can help. Any Moderators, MVP's, Microsoft employees on here...

    I'm just asking if the server problem for the Game Pass game, ScreamRide, can be forwarded to the appropriate people to see if it can be looked into or fixed, as it was before by a Moderator here forwarding the issue to some engineers at Microsoft. There
    are a lot of people through Game Pass that can't play this due to the servers not working since May.

    It's not a great feeling when games are added to Game Pass, and then the servers go down for it. :( As mentioned above, I've already contacted the Developer and they have not been attached to the game since 2015. They stated that the servers have always
    been under Microsoft (the Publisher), since day one, and they've had nothing to do with servers. So, please, can anyone help.

    it may be their platform and their servers but its not microsoft charging for online passes its the games company so no microsoft shouldnt be paying for online passes
