When will Microsoft start protecting female gamers?

For over 10 years I've reported comments about making sandwiches, kitchen comments, sexist comments. Nothing happens. It's okay to throw sexist comments at women on xbox why? When will Microsoft actually enforce that it's not okay to do this? If I respond though, I'm getting a strike. I can't tell someone to leave me alone because they will just make new accounts every time I block them.

I'm now sitting with 2 suspensions, one for 7 days because I got tired of blocking this dudes 10 accounts a day to harass me and finally stood up for myself since Microsoft seems unable to protect people who actually need it.

Just wondering when sexist comments will result in anything other than being ignored.

When you report gamers, the enforcement team does investigate and takes action if the reports you say are true. They will not tell you if they have taken action against the gamers you have reported. That is between the enforcement team and the gamers they give the enforcement to. If you do get comments you find offensive, then keep reporting them, and then block them. Never reply, as you will get a chance of being suspended yourself. The enforcement team will investigate, and you won't get any enforcement action against yourself.

So they can continue to do nothing about it and I will just have to block a bunch of accounts under 100 score. This harassment I've been reporting for years and nothing comes from it. People are allowed to tell women sexist things and it's okay. I'm asking when will women be protected against this sexist speech. As of right now, it is not even something that will earn someone a strike.

The conversation I was reported in, I appealed. They could see the other person initiated conversation, initiated harassment, and refused to stop. Yet they are still messaging me mocking my ban.

Privacy Matters

This just reeks of a stock standard automated response. For that matter, I have reported at least a dozen racial slurs, nazi imagery, sexist remarks, and more over the course of years. I have kept tabs on those accounts to see if there was ever any change. There is never seemingly any enforcement action on those. I put forth that the enforcement team is simply an algorithm, there are only volunteers such as yourself answering question off of a generic sheet you’re handed, and some real change needs to take place. What Microsoft has is failing to do the bare minimum to protect its users.
